The great reliability is guaranteed by a steel body with sliding surfaces treated in anti-wear material, all the other parts: hopper bowl and electrical panel are in stainless steel.
The control system warns in case of clogging of the transport tube of the flesh, of jamming or breakage of some oil pipe.
